Then the rubber is starting to let go... the left would be the rubber has failed to hold the motor in position and the right would be an all intact rubber isolator holding the motor in the proper position. You should look for an new one IMO.

I just had mine apart to repair a broken exhaust stud. When you are putting it all back together Pull the frame insert all the way out and put a healthy dose of RED loctite on it and let it have a full 24 hour cure. That will keep it in place. Then put BLUE loctite on the bolt threads so they will come out next time if you need it to. And anti-seize on the bolt shaft that goes threw the steel tube in the rubber isolator. This is the factory procedure and mine had nothing on it...

When I was getting mine out the insert was spinning (yours looks like it might too) and all I got was rubber stretch when I turned the bolt. It finally all came out after lots of PB Blaster!

Oh, the frame insert uses a 1" wrench

I ordered a new one along with some exhaust studs. Hope to be here by thursday so I can take the bike on a weekend trip. So theres a nut inside of the frame that the mount bolt threads to? **** maybe I should see if I can tighten it up? I dont think my mount is actually bad so ill try that tonight.

Edit: Looks like I can see the nut that needs tightened. That was an expensive oversight. At least ill have a mount on hand I guess
