I have the simplest method yet. Just get a welder to do a very light touch on the bearing. It heats the bearing and rim. Few seconds later, bearing cools and pops out ! No punching/pulling required !

Bearing removal pretty easy. Round bar with slight lip gives enough space to knock bearings out. There is just enough room to get in.
Put new bearings in freezer. It goes in so much easier! Small square piece of wood over the bearings when you install helps to displace force. Gentle blows on opposite ends and your done!
Also, before installing new ones, gently take dust covers off and add some extra grease.
