this is the only process to reset the tps? sorry i feel like and idiot here entering a video game cheet code or something. is it still possible to tune my bike(08) with ecmspy, or have i wasted my money on a cable that is useless to me?

The cable, along with ECMSpy, can be used on the +08 bikes to adjust your maps, but the numbers have to be input manually instead of re-flashing like the older ECM's. But I suggest getting the specifics of the procedure by talking with Mike @ Xopti or someone of the like.

during the( Turn the ignition key to Off/On/Off/On/Off in succession to complete the procedure).. do let the pump come on each time? or do turn the key fast so it does nothing?

Stevenc150 pretty much already gave the solution, although the info I found says that you only need to toggle the key off/on once.

To reset an 08+ Buell, do the following:
    1. Turn on the key.
    2. Set the kill switch to the run position.
    3. Don’t start the engine. Rotate the throttle from fully closed (gently forced closed) to fully
open (gently held open), and then back again to closed (gently forced closed).
    4. Repeat 3 times. Hold each position (fully open, fully closed) for 1 full second.
    5. Turn the key off and on (only once, not repeatedly).

Google is your friend. Took me 15 seconds to search and find this.

i guess you guys didnt read the whole post then. my question was very easy to figure out. i was asking if i had to turn the key three times fast or three times slow letting the pump and intruments turn on. although tork was being abit of a "smart ass" he atleast undersud the question.
