No power at 5k plus

My bike bogs down for lack of a better term. When I try to open her up it bogs down like a clogged converter on a car. It doesn't stall out it doesn't have the pickup. Tried a tps reset through ecm spy and couldn't get it to work. Did a manual tps reset per the manual, still is the same. Tried a spare throttle body and it has the same result. Idles fine, starts fine, just no power. Trying not to take it into the shop, but I am at a loss.

How many miles are on the bike? I assume the noid has been removed?

Have a way to datalog? Take it out for a ride, log and then playback the log and see what's going on when it bogs.

If they are original plugs id change em and see what happens.

Don't have a way to data log. I change the plugs at the beginning of the season. I'm gonna try and find a set of coil packs, thought I had a spare set but can't find them. Maybe the coil is breaking up under load at higher rpm's? Bike has just over 20,000 on it. Other than the stator/charging issues it hasn't been that bad.

Im following this as my bike has similar symptoms, but mine starts missing revs above about 5k.

Another member's bike jumped time and he messed up his cam followers. His had the same issues. I hope mine is not the case.

Thanks mate, now following the thread on the other forum, going to do some diags on my bike today, will prob justv start replacing parts, and see what happens..... coils, then injectors, then fuel pump etc etc... Just want my bike on the road again.

Tried another set of injectors and a pressure switch. No change. I have a fuel pump, but thats not an easy part to just throw at it.
