for 2005, the Buell Lightning uses all-wheel hydraulic disc brakes. in all these years, i was never aware of that.
on a similar note, and i'm not sure why...the highly custom and nicely conceived "full flow individual air intake system" reminds me of this holiday shopper and his "custom air intake system".

Hydraulic disc brakes on the front AND the rear? What will they think of next!
I like this part. Sounds like something that Cooter would say:
A 49-mm fuel injector fuels the engine, which can be ignited by the bike’s electric starter.
I guess spark plugs aren’t needed for this rare jewel.

Uggh, that has got to be one of the hands down ugliest bikes I've seen. Though the leather and spikes would fit well in front of some random SF sex shop
Now if only there was a way to attach these forum comments into the original ads, then we would really provide a valuable service to prospective buyers

Sure is pretty though. But I just scored one from a Triumph dealer that took it in on trade. An 07 with 6,000 miles all stock for $400.00 you think a little paint and some tattered header wrap and I can get that kind of money?

The used bike market is bonkers right now, and a lot of people learning to ride. I'd clean it up, throw all the maintenance at it, safety check it, and post it up!
