Does anybody else's CR have a low beepig sound after shutoff?

Never really noticed it because my radio is usually blasting in the garage. Every so often it makes a low key beeping sound.

Mine does it. Not sure why. It has done it since I bought it, thought about it, ignored it - figured it was "factory".

mine does this from time to time followed by a "woosh" sound which is the fuel pump keeping prime.

Is it the fuel pump keeping prime or is the fans kicking on? I thought it was the fans - never really listened carefully, but on mine it always happens after the fans are finished.

Supposedly the fuel pump, to keep them primed in certain circumstances. I had read up on this when I first got the bike a couple years ago.

    halfagiraffe haha!

My CR does the same thing. I believe it is the fuel pump intermittently running to prevent boiling fuel in the lines, after a long ride.

Mine will do that for a few minutes after a ride. Coworker's coming up to me after a lunch ride: "you know you're bike's beeping, right?" Usually once every minute or two up to ten minutes after shutoff, and as others have stated it's to keep the fuel lines primed... you'll hear a little beep, then a short little whir of the pump, then silence again. Completely normal!

Hm..I guess I figured it (the fuel pump) would sound more like my XB's.
