I dont think there were any changes in frame design for any of the Ulys. PM me if you would like to purchase this one as I have taken it off since my knees hit the bars thanks to my stupidly long legs.

How tall are you? I have an '06 Uly and want better crash protection but im 6'3"

I'm 6'1. But I have a short torso. And I tend to ride the Uly like a dirt bike- balls against the tank, feet right under me- in the dirt. I didnt hit them when I was riding on the road in a more relaxed position.
