    Progress on my 2003 XB9S

I've had this XB9S for about 2 months now. I have done a few things to it (mainly mechanical) and now I finally installed my favorite plastics which are Hero Blue from the XB9SX and the headlight grill. I also installed the right hand side air scoop. Next is the fender delete from Diesel Moto (arrives tomorrow) and smaller and nicer looking turn signals which arrive Friday. Then I think I will remove the belt cover and the passenger pegs. Just sharing, so far loving this little bike! I will most more pictures as I do more stuff to it. Next I would like to do some bar end mirror but I would like to keep the hand guards, any suggestions?

My fender delete and my new turn signals are in! I should have them both installed by Sunday night once I have some time to work on the bike! Can't wait!

I want to swap out the front wheel, but I'm having the ZTL2 upgrade done at the same time, so I'm going to take it to the shop. I don't trust myself on brakes).

    Very nice, it looks new.

If you don't mind my asking, why the change up?

Is it cosmetic or are there underlying issues that the change is addressing?

HamNeggs, if you mean my changing, I just like changing it up every once in a while. I went with cherry bomb for a year, and just finished up changing to hero blue. I'll run it like this for a year, and then I'll swap over to Valencia Orange (or white - not sure yet which).

    I just like options.

Thats a really neat set up you have there i like it!! You should run the leaf blower down the air scoop that would keep the rear cylinder cool then patent it! it could catch on! ha ha ha
