My '03 xb9sl started here:

I want to swap out the front wheel, but I'm having the ZTL2 upgrade done at the same time, so I'm going to take it to the shop. I don't trust myself on brakes).

Rear tire looks like it's mounted backward. Actually, now that I look at it, the front might be as well. Check the directional arrows on both.
