Touch up paint
Hi guys
Can anyone point me in the right direction of where to buy touch up paint for my 12scg?
There are some drip-like stains on the frame and swing arm.
Any advice on how to go about doing the touch up would be appreciated too...
I'll try to upload some pics of the frame.

What year. I have a 08 , I think yours is the same color as mine. I emailed them because it was no longer on the site. ASB ran out of the color. They can still get it but it's $25 if you want it.

AZ, do you have a part number for the black engine paint on a 09 xb12r?

This is the closest I have found, it's the Harley wrinkle black touch up paint. Although, twin motorcycles has it listed under Buell as well, so I imagine it is the same, or the closest you will find.

Newcastle requires you buy 4, might be easier to go to your local harley dealer

I found that gm code. Wa213m. Is a pretty good match if you want to shoot the whole side of the frame, or do a whole frame. Close to the stock gray, I wouldn't call it a butt match, depends on how picky you are. (Needs to be flat cleared of course)

I have a small(I believe 1/2 oz) bottle of the gun metal grey frame touch up paint. It's never been open. However, it's been sitting in my toolbox for at least 6 years.
You can have it for free. Not sure if it's still any good. But what's it hurt to try, right?
send me a PM if you're interested.
I believe TokyoXBscg has dibs since that's who started this thread.
If Tokyo isn't interested then it's up for grabs.
If you don't want to take a chance on the touch up paint you might want to try a high quality scratch remover. That will probably buff those drip makes right out.
