    Is this an xb12s or an xb12Ss

    Looking at the pics , particularly the swingarm can anyone tell me for sure if it is a regular xb or a long? a.jpgb.jpg

    +1 on the Ss. The engine should have a plate on the right side that says XB-12Ss. It should also be on the face of the instrument cluster.

    Also, the rear mud guard is that of an XB12Ss....

    Sounds sorted, but you can tell by the shock color on an unmodified bike, as well:

    Yellow: Scg
    Blue: Standard
    White/Black: Long

    You can just make out the white shock in your side profile picture.

    My SS has a identification plate on the handlebar clamp (XB12Ss) but the instrument panel says XB12S
