What is this? Part left over after re-assembly!!

Hello. Got a 2007 Ulysses. I wanted to check the crank/comp nut. While I was getting ready to put the primary cover back on, I part dropped out.

I do know what the big one is... haha It's in the picture for reference.

What is this thing? Is it something that should fit somewhere in the primary? or is it from another part on the bike that somehow found its way into the primary during previous work?

Anyone recognize it?
