    Angel is angry / Angry eyes

    Hi,

    Just wanted to let you know how I did the angry eyes look. In this thread http://www.buellxb.com/forum/showthr...tall-Lightning I already installed some Angel Eyes, and I wanted the angry look.
    I lowered my windscreen but putting the bottom screw in the top hole. I put a small cap in the bottom hole to make it a bit nicer.

    But because it quite low, there is a gap between the gauges and the windscreen. I covered this up with some noise isolation mat. It came out nicer than I thought.

    And now, she's angry! But I still like her!

    If thats too low for you, its easy to split the difference by either drilling/tapping the windscreen mount or just drill and install nutserts for the 4 stock bolts.

    It's still angry but covers the back of the gauges.

    @cooter, I thought about that, and maybe I will still do that. Is that the way you did it? And if so, do you have photo's?
    @Gronx, thanks!!
