my local dealership has left over new 08 1125r's for only $7995 it is so tempting to trade in my firebolt. by the way the dealership is in st paul minnesota if anybody else is interested.they have like 6 left.

I've seen that before, then they throw on bogus extra fees where it ends up being 11-12k total. Plus they're going to bone you on the trade in value. I would go for it if they can keep it under $9500 total.

There is one on CL in my area for 7500 with 500 miles on it. Most people sell they cuz they say its too much bike.

I looked at the 1125Rs today when I was at the Buell dealership. Might have to pick one up for $8K.

go for it, I bought a 09 for 12 and wish I could have gotten it cheaper.If your used to a firebolt, a 1125 will blow your socks off. If you sell a 1125 because it is too much bike, your a p.u.55.y. sound it out, if you cant figure it out. your obviously on the receiving end

I'm up in Duluth and they have one up there too. Was going to buy it until I found one on CL for $7k. Missed out on one off CL for $5399. Kid was deploying and needed to sell it for the payoff ASAP. After owning an XB12R I definitely do not regret upgrading!!!
