    Thanks Wally
Not sure when I'll be done with it. Every time I think I've made progress I remember there's something else that needs to be done.
The wiring was the first major hurdle. Then there was the headlight fabrication. Then the dash mount. That required insuring the horn and heated grip controls would fit inside the dash mount. Now it's the fiberglass work. Once the glass work is done I have to figure out how I'm going to modify my stock seat.
To top it all off I hate fiberglass but it's the only material I have readily available that I know I can use to make custom parts.
Wouldn't be so bad if the crap wasn't so itchy!

Anytime brother. You will be fine you came this far. You might want to try "metal prep" by evercoat to final shape that. I use it all the time and it's amazing, zero pin holes and sands super easy. 30 ounces is fairly cheap at like thirty bucks or so. Keep us updated.

    Thanks for that tip.
When I did the undertail I used a bondo glazing compound. I really wasn't too impressed with it.
I'll give metal prep a shot on the tail when I'm ready for finishing.
    Thanks

    Thanks for the encouragement.
I think it will look good from about 5 feet away!
But it is what it is; a garage build, done on the cheap and totally one of a kind.
