I'm with ya SR. I wouldn't know the difference of even 20Hp at the peak. I'm too busy surviving the thrust!

Got some sound clips of that bad boy? Looks super!

The EBR has been sitting around far too long. Probably 4 months since it was run. Today was the day. Charged at 2 amps for 4 hours and it flashed right up. Sounds good and ready.

Not so ready are both clutch and front brake Master. The don't pump up at all--Would those bellows or whatever just dry up sitting around?

Lots of fluid in the reservoirs, no drips on the floor --they worked fine back in October

I have heard this happening before but not to both, You will need to bleed them both. My EBR has never sleep more 7 days max. It must have to do with realigning of the moon . keep us posted

john: there are no "bellows" in either your clutch or front brake system.
clutch system consists of: simple single-phase nissin master cylinder....hydraulic line....slave cylinder.
front brake system consists of: simple single-phase nissin master cylinder...hydraulic line...brake caliper.
since both your clutch and front brake systems seem to have simultaneously stopped building necessary pressures to properly work....best guess failure at each master cylinder. why? that's where the required pressure is generated.
each master cylinder contains its bore...and a simple plunger operating within the bore. the plunger contains a fluted disc...wiper....reversed seal. that is where your problem likely resides.
what to check: fluid leak in the system....loose hydraulic line....low fluid level....clogged fluid supply port in master cylinder reservoir....leak at lever-to-piston interface....faulty bleeder nipple fitting.
most of my bikes have disc front and rear brakes with similar operating systems to your EBR. they can sit for over a year with no brake problems whatsoever. that's the norm. in all likelihood you have a terminal failure in both master cylinders. that certainly doesn't bode well for the quality of factory components on that machine.
NOTE: if adding fluid to either system use only DOT-4.
