I found an extra 2.25" stainless 180 bend in the shop. It turns out the 2.25" fits exactly over the OD of the stock muffler outlets. A little relief cut in the tube and even the clamps fit perfectly

Shaughn I thought you were being serious....I was like WTF is he doing. Well the non joking finished product looks bitchin man, came out nice. A kid came out to the track and ran with me yesterday on one of them, looked like he was having a good time, it was only like his second time on a track though but I watched him for a session and he was doing pretty well on it.

I just got back from a couple hundred miles of mostly Mulholland and still so very, very impressed. I realized I haven't done the serviceor even washed the dang thing since new! I really can't stop riding it. Like heroin on 2 wheels.
The bigger tips I made are deeper tone and even quieter?? I'm surprised that little mod made any difference at all. Happy though!
The left mirror base keeps loosening up. I have to move it every time I put it in the garage so the base loosens and the mirror stem pivots back at the most inopportune times. Like today. I went to glance at it and some ugly SOB wearing a helmet was staring right back at me! EEK! I'll add a small crescent wrench to the tool kit. Theres nothing useful in there. Not even pliers.
It's called inertia, you go so fast the mirrors just can't keep up !

Right at 1300 miles, so I'll hide the key from myself until the case of Amsoil shows up. I'll try do do a list of parts and procedures here for the service.
