    Rebuilt my Jeep a little

    I bought this new more than 10 years ago....Just did a rebuild.


    2007 Sahara. 62,000 miles.
    Maintenance:
    Axle seals frot and rear.
    Rear backing plates and e-brake hardware
    Brake rotors and pads all around
    Water pump
    Belt
    Plugs and wires
    Fresh coolant
    Fresh Mobile1
    Manual trans fluid change
    Brake fluid change


    Chassis and suspension:
    POR15 entire chassis- two coats
    POR15 top coat satin black- two coats
    Teraflex 3" lift front, 2.5" rear spring lift
    Sway bar bushings ft and rear
    Sway bar links
    Bilstein shocks all around

    Lighting:
    JW Speaker Evolution J LED Headlights
    JW Speaker LED fog lights
    LED turn and markers

    Body:
    Bushwhacker factory coverage fenders
    New door handles
    New OEM rear bumper
    RR Modular front steel bumper
    Mopar satin grill with honey comb inserts
    Hood and tailgate protectors

    Interior:
    Steam cleaned
    Weather Tech floor liners

    Exhaust:
    Corsa stainless DB

    Wheels and Tires:
    Fuel Off Road Beast 17×9
    Goodyear Duratracs 315/70/17

    Paint:
    My special system of clay bar, 3m rubbing compound and 3m ultra fine machine polish. Zymöl wax.

    Nice work, beautiful ride careful though Buell Forum only police might ticket you. Just kidding..... You should be proud.
