Clutch compression tool

Hi guys,

Was doing some research on the web because I'm swapping my primary for the XB9 one. And thought while I was in tere might aswel swap the clutch because I bought a new Alto Carbonite set with Rivera Primo Pressure plate (or however you call those things in English) for cheap.

Saw these hand made tools, but don't know what the thread specifications of the "bolt" that goes in is. Here in Europe we use other thread dimensions.

Or maybe I'm seeing something that you can use stuff off the bike for it.

nicky: i have a few problems with that vid. if that boy said "basically" one more time i was going to put my fist thru my monitor. my God. other problem is that while i commend him for his "McGyver-ness"...his method leaves a hell of alot to be desired. in lieu of buying/borrowing the Jim's or Motion-Pro tool.....see the below vid. this is the simplest and most ingenius way of doing the buell/sportster compression method in lieu of buying the actual tool. works like a charm and the vid is much better than me trying to explain all this. i know you're in the netherlands but these basic pieces required should be readily available there. hope that helps.

Yes, that wasn't the tool I meant LOL.. Halfway down the page there is a how to. Which is exactly the youtube movie you showed in your reply. Well that is the one I mean. Is there any more hardware required for the job, because I don't think I can find the thread you guys use in America. Here in europe we use thinner threads.

Ah, I see. Lol.. All so kind you Americans.. Thanks man, but think it will be best to buy one for future use
