Fuel pump sending unit

Are the fuel pump sending units interchangeable between an 03 XB9R and an 05 XB12R? The 12 looks similar and a little more modern so I was wondering if I can put it in my 9? I appreciate your feedback.

2003-2007 XB9 and 12 pumps all the same. OEM part # is P0130.5A8....... application B4U.

Holy smoke! $264.72 in stock at New Castle right now. I did not pay that two years ago
Definitely rebuilding the extra one I have for 30 bucks

yes sir mike my pleasure. the OEM replacement with the part # i provided has some nice upgrades including better quality inner hosing along with modded wires that won't rub thru the bracket as they were prone to do years ago.
