As Chicknstripn said his was like that for a year before he fixed it, By it running just means your regulator will allow the fuel recirculated in the tank . So it boils down to if you have the time? And then you wont have to worry about it and have a better ride with your sanity.
Gotchya....wasn't sure if it was something that would burn out and leave me stuck
