What is the torque spec for this nut on a 2009 Buell XB12Ss Lightning Long?

If you don't have a primary locking tool, a 3" brass door hinge covered in duct tape does the trick!
Has worked for me any time I've needed it. Which has been more often then I ever imagined!

Basically all wrong information so far.... Except John, it is right hand.

2008 they went to a bolt, not a nut, which requires a different torque of 155-165ft-lb. And calls for red locktite

    Up AZ nailed it,,

    From my 2008 manual
Engine sprocket bolt needs loctite 271 (red) and tighten to 155-165 ft-lbs(210-224 Nm)
Install mainshaft washer with word out facing away from the clutch hub. Use loctite (271) and install nut ( left handed thread ) tighten to 70-80 ft-lbs(94.9-108.5Nm)
    Boom!

I was confused. The thread says 09 but the pic clearly shows a pre 2008. I guess the photo isn't from his bike?
Photo shows a nut, not a bolt.

I think I've posted this about 100 times
www.buellmods.com for a service manual. Helps eliminate confusion b
