Alternatively meet the Big Bro, the less heavy "Black Russian". The older brother of the White Russian. A mixture of the deep, rich, color of Kahlúa and the unmistakable spirit of Absolut Vodka. Legend has it that the Black Russian was created for that unique gentleman who hoards unnecessary Buell spare parts and accessories.

    How to make
    •1 part kahlúa
    •2 parts absolut vodka

Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add the booze, mix and enjoy your very own Black Russian.

Those are quite an extravagant solution! I can't stop myself from liking shiny stuff It's so rare that anyone ever has that recurring issue on a Thunderstorm engine, but kudos to you if they work for your bike (finally) If anyone has a leak and the $6 James gaskets don't fix it, I'd give these a shot!

TPEHAK: When you put the flanges on, have you thought about replacing your intake manifold too? Yours may have a molecular deviation in the surface energy But not joking, you could have a warp or crack since it's been apart so many times...

Edit: I firmly believe that man drinks only have 2 ingredients or less. Drinks with 3 or more ingredients are for the ladies lol

I measured the manifold outlet tubes with caliper and they are pretty round, there is no deformations. I'm going to inspect manifold closely if it has cracks next time I will take it off.

All, I gotta say that you guys are a tough crowd. Poor TeePee, offers up his nicely made component and gets to hear about Black Russians (always the Russians), Viagra and oatmeal porridge etc.

Cooter did offer a constructive comment about the manifold being out of spec. I know I know, all the seafoam and junk trying to salvage his frapped out engine set off a lot of forumites. So all this is a kind of Motoshunning I guess. Could be the Amish influence out there in Amishtown?

Well it IS all sort of amusing

TPEHAK, is that O ring channel to wide? I know the O ring will compress and get a tiny bit wider as that happens but that channel looks way wide man.
