Thread: Time reinitialized every time the bike fires up.

    Well... why not ? There is one in my father's VRod and it has never work that well, and a battery has never last this long in this bike.
    What is the problem with it?

    I've had issues, specifically the computer and dash resetting because of the way lithium ferrite battery characteristics are when cold. If you're trying to solve the problem of the time resetting on startup, I highly recommend avoiding the LiFePO4 batteries.

    Actually, I bought a Deka AGM ETX14 a couple days ago. I will recieve it in a couple days I guess. I'll let you know is it solves the issue !
