Hi all, I'm doing an xb9 primary gear swap and I need the torque specs for the primary bolt (2008) and the clutch ass. I read 250#'s for the primary on earlier bikes and 80#'s for the clutch but the 08's and newer are different. Thanks!!

    From my 2008 manual
Engine sprocket bolt needs loctite 271 (red) and tighten to 155-165 ft-lbs(210-224 Nm)
Install mainshaft washer with word out facing away from the clutch hub. Use loctite (271) and install nut ( left handed thread ) tighten to 70-80 ft-lbs(94.9-108.5Nm)
    Boom!

Here is one I can't find, torque spec for primary sprocket to magneto for an 03 XB9.
It is pressed in place, so I just did them to 20ft-lbs, it did seem a little tight like the threads were going to strip.
I looked through the manual checked on-line.
