you have a dead cylinder. concentrate on that for the moment. chances are 100% that your dead cylinder is the one "chuffing" compression. go to the left side of the bike and see if a spark plug has blown out of its threaded cylinder head hole. bike is definitely "chuffing" compression from somewhere. the plug is simplest place to start.

Good call lunatic. Sounds like when an apprentice leaves a plug out when checking for a tune up.

thanks josh and yes, it sure does. other than a giant crack in a cylinder head or completely missing head gasket can't think of anywhere else to send him on his "culprit search".

Totally sounds like it spit one of the plugs for sure. My buddies 9r sounded the same way and found rear cylinder had spit it.

    Update!
Yes, the buell spit out the front spark plug completely, Thanks Lunatic! and every one else for your help haha

I had used red loctite on the threads, and tightened it to spec, so, not sure why it pooped it out

I let out the extra oil for good measure.

Red loctite on spark plug threads!?! OH! Nonononononononononononono.

    On clean threads.
Red loctite, is for stuff you NEVER, EVER, want to come apart again.
Blue loctite is for stuff you don't want to come loose.
Anti-sieze is for spark plug threads.

I have no idea why it pushed out a plug, other than improper torque/bad threads. Heat and vibration are a b**ch. New plug, new washer, and torque to spec. Check it on occasion.

Yes, if you don't take out the extra oil, It will come out on it's own. While you are riding. All over your back tire.

    As Cooter said ^^^^^^^^^

The plug was not tighten properly when it was installed.
