You might want to try just the seat first and see if its enough ? How tall aren't you ? inseam ?

Lowers the riders seat height by approximatley 1" compaired to the stock XB9S and XB12S models.

Thank you, I have been riding around with the lower seat, but I'm 5'6" and I feel like I would have more control when I stop if I could just lower it one more inch.

I actually have that seat, but is there a way to lower it just one more inch?

Take the cover off, cut the foam lower, or take it to a upholstery shop. Might not be the best for long rides but it will put your toes on the ground.
