I think a cable is more than adequate for a clutch on a Buell. Mine was a little rough on my SS when I first bought it and I was thinking about getting a Muller power clutch, but after taking the advice from the lunatic on the fringe, I chose to renew the cable, lever (bushing) and just make sure everything is up to snuff. After that, it was better than ever!
