Wut?
Are you saying that flipping your red kill switch does not kill the bike? Did it used to work and now it doesn't? Does it work now?
After putting front wheel down, I must have accidentally flipped kill switch to off. Not noticing this until I came to red light about 2 miles down road, I’m wondering why my bike kept running. It was running roughly though. Anybody have an hypothesis on this ??

Surface ignition caused engine proceeded working. Very common issue on air cooled engines.
Or just relay contacts sticked together.

kill switch works fine, shuts bike right off. I can only assume that when bike is moving and back tire is spinning engine, it keeps coil firing. Like I said, it ran(a little rough), throttle worked fine. anyways, just wanted to share this with you guys.
ECM does not let engine stop if it is sensing speed, engaged gear and upright position on tilt sensor for safety to prevent rear wheel sliding or abrupt uncontrolled braking

Not true. At all.
Go ride your bike, click off the kill switch, see what happens.
Where do you get this stuff!?!?!
I do not trust Buell safety system, it may fail, so I will not do this. I actually do not trust Buell motorcycles at all.
I like Buell XB 12Scg design, I also like Ducati design, but they have even worst reliability than Buell, so I own Buell. Crappy Buell reliability is trade-off for nice look. Sadly there is no reliable nice looking motorcycle, there are only reliable but ugly Japanese motorcycles.
