do as you wish. ride at your own peril.
Of course i understand everything what You wrote

Today i bought used axle, which comes from 2005 model - please correct me if i'm wrong but all XB12 had the same axle. I made comparison with my axle before buying and my axle is longer around 2-3mm. Till now i can't believe how i could stretched axle which is made of hard steel in that simple way. Please look what is the difference between stretched and stock axle:

Most important thing is that now everything is ok and i can ride
    Thanks for Your help Guys!

all the XB rear axles for the TWO BEARING HUB are the same. and the axle that ends in part #AK will fit both 2 and 3 bearing rear hubs but takes a bit of searching to find one. what you discovered that whether it's a buell, bmw, suzuki vstrom or any other hollow tube axle....they can do some very odd and interesting things when torqued way beyond their design limitations.
