Great looking in race trim. I see you did the low-buck steering damper mod One of my favorites! How does the seat work for you? You like it?

I cheated, it's actually a Custom Buell Service sourced damper kit with a custom isolator bolt so I didn't have to drill and tap mine, for the cost, I couldn't pass it up. So far, seat is ok? When I was street riding it was a bit stiff, but I could also move and change pressure points so not horrible. On track I try not to sit. I haven't thought about it while racing so I'll take that as a win.

Good to know about the seat. Still looking for the perfect donor bike
