Yep. You just need the caliper, brake line and master cylinder.

For Buell XB you need :
    H1110.1AMZT Caliper
    H0507.1AMD Master Cylinder
Buell OEM Stainless Steel Brake Line : H1531.4AK for XB12X or H1531.1AMA for XB12XT (not sure abou this one) or H1531.8AE for others XB

On my 08 XB SCG I did not change the brake line. Maybe on the taller bikes.

I didn't change my brake line either, even when I upgraded to a radial M/C.
The new calipers come with pads and its a bolt-on change.

The master cylinder is a bolt on swap as well. Either Any '08-up Buell (or EBR), or any 19mm radial M/C for 7/8" bars. Make sure it comes with it's own lever if you go radial.

    oh, ok.
Stangly enough, it is not the same brake line used for a 2005 XB12S and a 2010 XB12SX for exemple.
According to this pdf : http://www.ukbeg.com/pash/Buell%2020...ccessories.pdf

Here is which brake line you need for ZTL2 :

Sure, different Buells had different brake lines.

But you want to upgrade the brakes on the same bike. Brake line length won't change, because its on the same bike.
