buell xb12 fail Code 5 HELP

Are there any people who can see if my tps sensor is done since it's jumping a bit. And see if any other thing is wrong when this code 5 comes from time to time?
has a problem with even gas where it does not run well

again......reads like the handiwork BS of our beloved CHICAGO. since i'm sitting in the a/c with 3 minutes to spare i'll give this its due diligence and attention which ain't much:
1-your big, bright, brilliant, cherry-red 5 is the exact moment that the coil is firing.....nothing more. see ECMSPY manual page 22
2-i won't "see" if your TPS unit is bad but YOU can SEE if it's bad by scrolling thru the below:
click my board name.....then click on "find latest posts" below my avatar. scroll till you find my post on OHM TESTING A TPS UNIT. it's all there.
