The big one is the bolt for the front engine mount behind the lower triple tree. Goes up towards the frame.
The bushing is one half of the exhaust mount that's on the bottom front corner of the engine case.
just picked up my project xb9s, https://www.buellxb.com/forum/showth...ject-2004-XB9S
these were laying loose under the seat...
any ideas? i think the spacer is for the front exhaust mount?
but the large bolt no idea!?
Thanks for help.

oh crap! the frame hole thread has been completely stripped, and it looks like someone has tried/started to make a helicoil for it!? it been drilled out much larger and re-threaded, (really course thread)
am I totally screwed?!
whats the thread pattern on the factory bolt?
That doesn't sound good, put some pics up.
I'd be fine with a decent heli-coil installed in there correctly
YIKES!!! The PO didn't own a torque wrench or obviously didn't know how to use it. Must shake like a BUGGER! Did you get the bike at Auction?
yes an online auction, a non starter a fuel issue.. was hoping for a simple fuel pump fix..so buyer beware in this case, bit of a bugger.
will get pics when i'm home
I did an online auction purchase of an 1125cr, not as disheartening as your lightening. It wasn't the "DEAL" I thought it was. Lots of niggly issues. I now believe auctions are not the bargain I originally thought they were. Don't worry, folks around here will have you up and running in no time.
Good luck, your bike NOW has a happy home
heres a couple pictures, its been threaded right to the bottom of the hole,
looks like they've had an idea to fix it but haven't finished it
