Ss, stt, and uly should be the same. For mock up I think any xb swingarm would work since the wheel will fit all of them
Im looking for another swingarm for my uly for mocking up a wheel. Are the uly swingarms different to the other xb swingarms?
I don't seem to be able to find a definative answer at the moment.
any ideas?

I own two STT's. As far as I know the STT and Uly share the same main frame but the swing arms are different.
Frames and the swing arms are the same between the Ss Stt & Uly
Since the diameter and width are stock dimension for a stock size tire, any XB swingarm will do the job, no matter if it fits the Uly, Ss, STT specifically. Buelly is right, the wheels are the same.
BUT why would you need a swing arm to mock up making a wheel? An extra axle, spacer, and balance stand is what you need for that job.
But to address the actual question:
You are making an entire new rear wheel from scratch to try and solve an inexpensive bearing issue.
IMO, it is MUCH easier and MUCH cheaper, and get you on the road MUCH faster to find the problem first. If you are convinced that the actual wheel is the issue you could buy another stock wheel, upgrade to a 3-bearing stock wheel, or even modify the hub of an existing wheel to meet your odd ideas.
Personally, I would love to see tapered roller bearings adapted to a stock wheel.
It's also what every car past the 1950's has. I really have no idea why these are ball bearing.
Strength, longevity, axial stability, low cost. Why not?
