Hi Folks my new to me BUELL

    DSCF0365.jpg

Hi folks, new here from the UK and showing a pic of my first BUELL ULY,XB12X tried one out in the states not long back and decided I wanted one, I searched the UK for an 08 model and eventually found this old girl.

Low miles and well looked after complete with Buell saddle bags, don't know what silencer is on it but it sure ain't original, hope to learn more about these bikes and maybe find a engine/silencer bash plate for her I know Touratech made one but they are hens teeth, ride safe folks

Without better pics, its hard to tell. The muffler on the XB9 looks similar, but does not have the flap.

I can't think of a muffler that is chromed/polished to shine like yours unless someone did something special.

If you can take the front cowling off and send pics, someone can probably nail it.

The back end looks a lot like a Drummer, its just that the front looks too big to be a Drummer SS... however it looks like there is a strap on the front, which the Drummer SS doesnt use (custom mount).

Dean Adams (Keda design) makes a bash plate for Ulysses with a stock muffler that is really sweet, may work with yours?
