No, I don't think it's set near the limit. I dialed in my suspension settings in accordance with the manual for 200-230 lbs. I've no complaints on how the front end has been handling. Any clue on what weight Type E Fork Oil is? I found two pints, but had to look around to find Type E. The Harley dealer parts guy had to go digging around in the back room to find it.

Because you're so helpful.
I bought the Type E, (still haven't done the forks yet), because that's what the Factory Manual said to use. I don't know much about fork oil, but from a limited google search it appears that Type E is 20wt. You have a ton of experience with these bikes. Do you feel that the 10 wt in one of those brands is a better choice? I"m still waiting on parts so I can put any kind of fork oil there is in my bike.
I didn't look in the manual, but 20wt seems really thick. At 210lbs ATTGATT, 10wt is what I use as well?
The online information regarding Type E weight is really not to be relied on. Doesn't seem standardized to me. I did some more looking around for Type E fork oil information. It's all over the place. Some places say it's 5w, some say 10w, some say 15w. What a cluster.
If you guys use 10wt quality fork oil like Cooter and Lunatic recommended I'll go with that. Replacing fork oil and seals isn't my idea of fun and I don't feel like doing this again for at least another 10,000 miles.
Brother, it's a no brainer when those two guys tell you what to use, don't make it rocket science !
Old thread here I know, but I didn't see any confirmation from anyone about the brake light switch thread count for the Uly. Would be greatly appreciated if someone here could please let us know; is it Coarse M10 x 1.25, or Fine M10 x 1.0? I was going to take apart, spray clean, air pressure, etc. as was previously suggested here, but decided that after bleeding and getting it all back together and it still didn't work; well, let's just say, I don't take disappointment the way I used to.
