    xb9 xb12 swap

II decided to not just swap the crank and to just bolt in another engine and built up the 9 for later. Any words of advice before starting this project? I have the headers and intake already, ordered a gasket kit since I have to swap 1 head (busted fins), I can't think of anything else. Should I just go ahead and do both head gaskets since I'll already be tearing one down?

Well, if you have the engine out already, you might as well go ahead and replace everything you'd have to remove the engine to be able to replace. I'm sure the Intake seals would also be easier to do with the engine out, amongst other things.

I ordered the entire kit with the intake and exhaust seals. I'm picking up the engine today, so I'll probably start prepping it today. I'm so excited to build my XB9SX into the XB12SX
