It's 2019, we don't care if you put hello Kitty on YOUR scooter, some might even like it!
I've seen those scooters around NYC, great idea for getting around.
I love the scooter

What if you put a sticker of an 8 yo Asian Girl on your scooter?
It does seem like a hodge podge of claims. The speed rating is true for bicycles whether they are 20mph "Pedelec" (aka Class 1) or 28mph "S-Pedelec" aka (Class 3).
The top tube and down tube appear large enough to carry batteries, so it appears that the claim of twin batteries is true.
The rating of the batteries being 500kW is way off. Thats probably for the motorcycle. A Shimano STEPS 8000 series battery is rated between 418-504Wh, and thats about (arguably) as top tier as it gets in the bicycle world. 500kWh is dramatically higher.
On a MTB, Shimano claims (on average) a range of 20 miles in "Boost mode", and 55 miles in "Eco mode". So, 2 batteries could pull off a 125 miles, theoretically.
74FT/LBS of torque .... seems like its a motorcycle spec. However, maybe the two batteries being utilized at once could (maybe) get that much juice to the motor to pull that off. The STEPS 8000 motor claims 70nM of torque... so maybe that a misprint and they meant nM instead of ft/lbs (or is it lb/ft?).... Hey, I'm grasping for straws on this one!
edit: it looks like this article is a bit more accurate with the facts.
