    Rode a 'new to me" '08 XT home yesterday. 485 miles and arrived smiling. Now to get to know the bike better...

    Changed front brake pads and burned them in, easy job !

    I don't think it took 45 minutes, start to finish, excluding bedding them in.

    I just finished swapping to a Bulltooth XB-SG slip-on and fussed with the tune. I guess it will need a little tweaking. It seems to run and idle just fine. Short ride was very satisfying.
