Is the XB 9 a collectable Motorcycle, Now or in the Future ?

    Hello to all Buell supporters

I’ve been a fan for a very long time and am reasonably familiar with them from the beginning... I have a very nice XB 9 r available to me

We have a lot of MC’s in this household and I want a Buell, running out of garage space, so is this the Buell model to keep forever ?

    TIA for your opinions

    Bruce R

I wouldnt call a Buell collectible, but sometimes you're not appreciated until you're gone.

Eventually everything becomes collectible. XB’s are getting taken away through attrition or being hacked up to make custom bikes everyday. If you like it and it’s a good price go for it.

Seems like the early Buells are already starting to climb in price.

I think they will become collectible over time, but for now, I do not see it. I started thinking about collecting motorcycles after reading some Yamaha Motorcycle Reviews for the older versions. Their price is quite high, and it's a good opportunity to have something special in your garage and get a very good price in the future. The only important thing is to ensure that they are to be driven and that they will preserve well in the selected place for storage. You can also find a place to exhibit them; there are plenty of events where something like this is needed. So, my advice would be to collect worthy motorcycles.

I present the room a Poème Nouveau:

    Collecting crap,
is stuff your kids just sell
    when you're dead.
    So go ride instead.

Thank you, Thank you, what a lovely audience!

Sure they are collectable. I can fit 8 Buells in the same space as a large truck. Ask 34:19 rumor has it if you take a few parts off each one (so no one can steal them) you can get 30 to 40 in a back yard
