Is the XB 9 a collectable Motorcycle, Now or in the Future ?

    Hello to all Buell supporters

Iíve been a fan for a very long time and am reasonably familiar with them from the beginning... I have a very nice XB 9 r available to me

We have a lot of MCís in this household and I want a Buell, running out of garage space, so is this the Buell model to keep forever ?

    TIA for your opinions

    Bruce R

I wouldnt call a Buell collectible, but sometimes you're not appreciated until you're gone.

NO! the 984cc firebolt one of the more common models in the XB series of buells. link below will show you everything you need to know regarding production numbers if you're shopping based solely on rarity. regarding values and potential price appreciation in the future....here on the east coast the following sell for very strong money and are appreciating in value due to desirability, aesthetic appeal and rarity:
    2010 XB12 City Cross
    2008-2009 XB long "dark edition"
Most any Cherry Bomb....Orange Krate....or Hero Blue City Cross in mint condition. the "kick-ash" never caught on and i'm guessing due to blandness.
Any Ulysses Touring in mint condition
The ever-elusive silver anniversary XB12 Black Lightning "S" model

Eventually everything becomes collectible. XB’s are getting taken away through attrition or being hacked up to make custom bikes everyday. If you like it and it’s a good price go for it.

Seems like the early Buells are already starting to climb in price.
