    Thunderhill

Fun & Hot. The fella on the Ducati was easy to follow once I adjusted my braking points.

Very cool. I'll bet people were surprised to see a Buell on the course.

I'm always the only one with a Buell. Peeps comment how fast the bike is. Like any bike once you get them rolling there all fast. I followed that fella on the Ducati for 3 sessions. Once I got by him, adios. His braking points were much sooner than mine. He would leave me on the long straights and I would catch him during braking. You never want to early apex a turn at this track. I did on the last turn leading to the front straight which is flat in 5th. I ended up in the weeds at 80mph. Going back on the 28th.

Packing this evening when it cools off a bit. New rubber, front rotor and pads. Weather forecast is excellent with a high of 100. I want a Whiskey so bad but, I know better.

I'll be there Sun Sept 8 on the West track. Any chance you'll be there? Would be fun to see a Buell in action.
I'm just taking my old Suzuki, just to take it easy on my first time out.
