Yes that's weird. Does Buell specify the standard values? Or what is recommended?
I live in the Netherlands by the way.
Reading the screenshot...it shows under Key On that the on fan turns on at 180c and turns off when it gets hotter @ 220c?
Do you live in Australia?

below values/settings factory. someone has F'ed with your settings.
2008 XB12, BUE2D calibration.
Fan Key-On ON temperature: 220*C
Fan Key-On OFF temperature: 180*C
Fan Key-Off ON temperature: 190*C
Fan Key-Off OFF temperature: 170*C
Fan Key-Off Run Duty Cycle: 40%
On the 2004-2007s with BUEGB231 firmware the temps are.
Key-On ON temp - 170C or 338F
Key-On OFF temp - 130C or 266F
Key-Off ON temp - 120C or 248F
Key-Off OFF temp - 100C or 212F
and then you have this................

Ok thank you very much!
Wait.. Why are the temperature settings for the '2008 XB12, BUE2D calibration.' so much higher than the '2004-2007s with BUEGB231 firmware'?
Because lunatic said so.

If you can get his telephone number and your lucky enough to call and he's available, just hold the phone next to the bike and it will fix itself !
Ah, humor. I have it too.
