Outthere, is there a thread or link available for re-routing the shift lever bolt assembly?

Buy an XB primary cover from Cooter. He has a nice black powdercoated one that's never been installed.

I use Woodcraft rearsets but I'm thinking all you need to do is shorten the link rod.

To fix that cover you would have to weld up the missing part, fill the hole, drill it, tap. It would be a lot cheaper and easier to buy used cover off the ebay or a forum member.

i would recommend finding a new primary cover, if cooter has one... a black powder coated one, I want it! it would be a shame to fix the mounting bolt, only to find the clutch ramp plat worn out.
