Buell Xb Stunt or crash cage

Selling the crash cage off my Ulysses. I'm not fond of the looks. It came on the bike when I bought it. As far as I can tell no one makes these anymore. It's pretty well made and is in great shape. I'm not sure what these were new but I'm guessing over $300? PM me with offers

I normally would not say this.... Take it off your bike now! And do the Buell fourm a solid and sell it on eBay. The cage is made by stuntworx or extreme stunts and is the worst thing you could have on a Buell and I know from personal experience. It is so bad I think they were sued then stopped making it.
If you bike falls over it will do two things put a dent in your frame and crack your front head and possibly your front motor mount too depending on what side it falls on.

Here is what it did to one of my old bikes when it fell on its side in the garage

It also cracked my head and broke the bottom half of my motor mount on the right side.

If you do decide to sell it on eBay I will delete my post/edit

Yeah, its coming off as soon as a get a pair of bolts for the front mount.

It is actually up for sale on Ebay. I think in will lower the asking price to get it out of here a bit quicker

LOL funny guy... Skidded plastics are bad enough, but showing up to track day with a stunter cage gets the attention I don't want! Headed to LVMS the end of March with a Chuckwalla thrown in hopefully before

I do think if a guy modified the front mount so that it fastened at the isolator mount instead of the head bolts that it might work well and not destroy anything in a minor spill. I guess if it sits on the bench long enough I might tinker with that.
