XB Frame Pucks...Possible Future Supply...I need your old Frame Pucks to do it

Are these just for appearances, or will they offer some protection? Never needed mine but I have read the pucks basically help for tip overs...

They do a pretty good job of spreading the load and avoiding a frame dent for a minor crash. Buell frame dent = salvage

We ended up going with a different method of making them because in the end we decided a harder, tougher polymer was better than the soft rubber ones. Our stock will be low on ebay until the end of the month because we are fulfilling commitments we made. At first I was wondering why you went with the rougher surface, but I see that your model can be spray painted over if minor scratches. What kind of speckled paint are you recommending?

We are using (2) coatings on them. First is a flexible rubber coating which is then over-coated polyurethane for UV protection. I have been testing for months with crush testing (testing one material vs another) and outside exposure. The final test is when I mounted them on my 2005 XB9 which is pictured here. IMG_9168.jpg
