Hello, anyone know a good source for an '03 XB front rotor hardware kit? I'm assuming much of the original hardware would benefit from a refresh and I believe the screws are not reusable.
Thank you!
Dan

I know the manual says replace the bolts every time but I have had no issue with re-using them. They aren't torque stretched like head bolts or anything.
I've also never had any visible wear on the washers. If you still want them, I have a used set, let me check if they're complete.
Or you can get them new. Heres the hardware with no bolts:

I know for a fact that EBR still stocks the whole standard set as well as the racing rotor solid mounting kit (IMO I highly recommend that). It will probably say 'backordered' but don't fret, order them anyway and they'll put a set together for ya.
As Cooter says , just clean all parts sand all surfaces with 600 sand paper and oil and reuse them, I have had no issues

I'll 'lube' the brake hardware with anti-seize. Wear gloves!

Cooter, Mike lowery and myself had a “agree to disagree” thread awhile back about the pro’s and con’s of the stock vs EBR setup. It was awhile back but not that long ago. Lots of good thoughts and opinions there. YMMV.
I'll look it up 34:19, but the EBR hardware change stopped my front rotor from bluing on the CR track bike while trail braking on those brutally hot days, thats what sold me. Beside the Erik put it on the race bikes... blah blah. Honestly I'm looking into a fork/brake change anyway. HERESY!!
Sorry to go off topic... I was just up at Sonoma Raceway this weekend and saw a CR racing. Was that you by chance Cooter?
Nah. I sold it when I left Florida and I rock the EBR now
Sonoma is a bucket list track for me though! I'll do it this year, but LVMS at the end of March first
