Oups ! I forgot to mention, I have the ZTL2 brake (Caliper/brake line/MC from XB12SX) + EBR 5mm rotor (H0201.1B6) + EBR mounting kit. So it is not the regalar rotor. I bet it does not change anything but I want to make sure as I won't be ordering those pads before the end of the month.

How did you put he air scoop ? I've always seen them put with some ugly balls or something that looks ugly but yours looks great !

I machined a light press fit insert for the axle and tapped it 1/4-20.

I think you are talking about axle sliders. I can see the look not being for everyone but they do help protect some things if the bike ever goes down.
