    [QUOTE=Cooter;619537]Heh heh heh. Hey Beavis!

    I looked in my Buell parts bin and I only have the 1/2" bore non-radial with ZTL, and a ZTL2 with a couple radial EBR 19mm masters. I don't know where the old Buell ZTL2 non-radial master went that I had on Stella? I'm still really sure it was 19mm also, but no pics[/QUOTE

    I need confirmation that I’m wrong before I tell my funny story. John, is cooter rite about the master sizes?

    Ok then, I'm wrong But I've never heard of a 5/8" Buell OE master, that's why I went to go look.

    So LF, would you please be constructive and enlighten all of us on it's existence?

    Sexy race parts! $$$

    It hard to imagine Buell XB's/EBR's only ever had 2 sizes of calipers (ZTL and ZTL2) but THREE M/C sizes!? Not a very OE thing to do.

    Still waiting on LF confirmation.

    Thanks for all the extra info LF, but could you please clarify the answer we're asking?
    Are you saying the stock front master for a Buell XB with ZTL-2 is 14mm? Where did you get the size from?
    I believe thats the correct master cylinder part number for a ZTL-2 caliper, but the only specs I found for that part number refer to a 3/4" rebuild kit, like the one I had.

    I'm not trying to argue with you. Just trying to avoid bad info, especially if it's me giving it!

    I love your Jeremy Clarkson toolkit, you smarty pants LOL

    5/8" on a Tuber = 16mm, not the (9/16") 14mm XB odd-ball that LF claims. I just don't see 14mm master being big enough for a ZTL-2 to even function.

    For now, I'll stick to what I know from my experience. 19mm ONLY for a ZTL-2 caliper, because that is the stock size that comes on all Buells with that caliper. XB, and 1125.

    Thats part of my Cooter tuber toolkit. LOL.

    My XB has a 1/2" master on it. I wonder why tubers ran a 5/8, they ran a 6 piston Nissin caliper also. Maybe the pistons were a larger on the tuber one. My S1 has the PM caliper on it. I wonder if the 5/8 master was only tied to the PM caliper applications.

    Either way, I couldn't resist heckling you. LOL!!!!!
